I offer individual psychotherapy and counselling services for adults seeking support with mental health and emotional well-being. This includes working with challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma ( complex, childhood, relational and life-span), self-esteem, grief and loss, and navigating major life transitions. Whether you're looking to develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, or reconnect with a sense of wholeness, support is tailored to meet you where you are.

A Personalized Path To Healing.

I primarily draw from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which helps us gently explore and heal the parts of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in conflict. As a Level 2 trained IFS therapist, I integrate this approach with other evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This flexible, integrative approach allows us to tailor therapy to your specific needs, supporting emotional regulation, trauma processing, and long-term healing.

This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, with no pressure to be anything but yourself. Everything will be guided by what feels safe, supportive and aligned with your goals, because your journey is deeply personal and deserves proper care.  Together, we’ll move at your pace to build awareness, foster self-compassion, and reconnect with the calm, confident self that’s already within you.

Complete Intake Forms & Schedule Therapy Session

After your consultation, if we feel this is a good fit for your healing journey, we will book yout first therapy appointment. I will send you a confidential digital questionnaire/ consent form to be completed prior to your first session. These forms offer a glipmse into your experience, so we can begin with care and understanding.

Attend Your First

Therapy Session

This space will be devoted to you, to share your story (only what you feel comfortable sharing), explore your goals more deeply, build supportive skills, and create a personalized plan for your healing. This is where transformation begins. Through therapy, you'll gain tools and support to move forward with hope, balance, and inner strength.
