Healing is not one size fits all. Every journey is unique and I believe you truly are the expert of your own life. Even when healing feels distant or out of reach, I trust your innate capacity for growth and change. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care- offering a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space that honours your lived experiences, needs, and goals.

 

I offer individual psychotherapy and counselling services for adults seeking support with mental health and emotional well-being. My work includes supporting individuals navigating challenges anxiety, depression, stress, trauma ( complex, childhood, relational and life-span), self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, and major life transitions. Therapy is tailored to meet you where you are, whether you are seeking greater emotional regulation, healthier coping strategies, increased resilience, or a deeper sense of connection and wholeness.

Services are offered through secure virtual therapy across Ontario, with in-person sessions available on Wednesdays, allowing for flexible and accessible care that fits your life.

A Personalized Path Toward Healing.

I primarily work from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps us understand and heal the parts of you that may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in conflict. As a Level 2 trained IFS therapist, I integrate this approach with other evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing therapy to be flexible, responsive, and tailored to your unique needs. This integrative approch supports emotional regulation, trauma processing, and meaningful, long-term healing.

Therapy is not about fixing or forcing change. It is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgement. Our work is guided by what feels safe, supportive, and aligned with your goals, moving at your pace as we build awareness, self-compassion, and reconnection with your calm, confident self.

2.  Intake Forms & Therapy Session

If we feel it's a good fit, we will book your first therapy session. Befre your session, you will receive a confidential digital questionnaire and consent form, offering insight into your experience so we can begin thoughtfully.

3. Attend Your First

Therapy Session

This space will be devoted to you- to share your story at your own pace, explore your goals, build supportive skills, and create a personalized plan for your healing. This is where transformation begins.
